Interesting characters. Interesting times Interesting locales.
This book is treacly and full of ridiculous characters. The writing is pretty awful, full of grammatical errors, poorly worded sentences, and flowery, overblown language. This author was a teacher??
I liked the story, but it didn't come near the "high water mark," of "The Amber Keeper". I really did enjoy the mystery, though.
This is my first book by this arthor., loved it. Once I began I just couldn't put it down. Very interesting.
I found this to be a complicated storyline but it held my attention. This tale was historical as well as cultural. I enjoyed both of these aspects. I would recommend this book to anyone.
I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this book. Not only were the characters interesting, the storyline was somewhat unique. And even though I thought I had figured out the ending, it had a twist that I would never have seen coming. I recommend the book.
This is a book that I could not seem to put down. I read it in 2 days while we were in the middle if a huge snowstorm. The characters are all wonderful and the story lines are great. A must read for anyone who loves a good plot with fabulous characters. Do not miss this wonderful read.
